company products welcome addition lovely touch
the white company products in the bathroom were a lovely touch! i especially appreciated the dressing gowns provided. the water was also a welcome addition after a long day.
I had a very minor issue with the lift. It was a bit slow at times.

Wonderful Stay Near Landmarks
central location cozy room friendly staff
The hotel's location near London Bridge Station was a definite plus. I also found it very convenient that The Shard was close by. The room was quite clean, and the addition of a dressing gown and slippers was a nice touch. Breakfast at the hotel was faultless. All staff were friendly. They really go above and beyond.
The room felt a bit warm. I needed to request a fan. There was also no fridge in the room. Water was available downstairs. It cost 7 AUD per bottle.

dry breakfast small quilt
I found the room cleaning to be questionable. The quilt inside the cover did not actually fill it. it was too small and left the corners empty. this is not what i expect. The quilt cover must fit correctly. also, breakfast was not great. the food seemed dry as if it sat out for a while.

Amazing stay!
excellent location helpful staff clean room
The location is excellent for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful . I especially enjoyed how clean and well kept my room were. I also found the breakfast options to have good variety.
The bathroom was small, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast had a lot of variety. Fresh bread and fruit were offered. There were also hot dishes. These hot dishes included eggs and bacon. I thought the service was excellent.

The Executive King Room was very clean. The king size bed was comfy. I found it has lots of space. I also liked the modern decor and good lighting.
